This document outlines the operational framework and agreement between Nexacarry and its visitors. By accessing our platform and acquiring our handbags, you agree to the following terms, which are structured to ensure transparency and a seamless experience within the Hong Kong market.

Scope of Operations

Nexacarry operates exclusively within the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. All transactions, deliveries, and customer support activities are restricted to this geographical area. By placing an order, you confirm that the delivery destination is located within the borders of Hong Kong.

Ordering and Availability

When you select a handbag from our collection, you are making an offer to purchase under these terms. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Our team works diligently to ensure that the digital representation of our handbags is accurate, though minor variations in color or texture may occur depending on your screen settings.

Payment Structure

To simplify the acquisition process, Nexacarry utilizes a Cash on Delivery (COD) model. We do not require any electronic payment at the point of checkout. Instead, the total amount specified in your order confirmation is collected in full at your doorstep during delivery.

We do not apply any hidden charges or additional shipping costs; the price you see during the checkout process is the final amount required for the transaction.

Delivery and Handling

We prioritize the efficient movement of your selected items. Our standard timeline for delivery is 4 to 5 business days. This period includes 2 business days dedicated to the preparation, packaging, and dispatch of your order from our facility.

Once the item is handed over to our logistics partners, the remaining 2 to 3 business days are used for transit to your specified address.

Cancellation Rights

You may cancel your order at any time as long as the item remains in our possession.

However, once the handbag has been dispatched and is currently with the logistics provider, the cancellation window closes. At that stage, order cancellation is not possible, and the courier will attempt to reach you for the COD collection.

Return and Inspection Policy

Nexacarry offers a 30-day return window, which commences on the date of delivery. This period is intended to address issues where a handbag is received in a damaged state or if the incorrect item was sent. If you encounter such an issue, please contact us immediately at support@nexacarry.com.

Upon notification, we will arrange a complimentary pickup from your location. Once the item returns to our warehouse, our team conducts a thorough inspection within 24 hours to assess its condition. If the item is confirmed as damaged or incorrect, we will initiate a replacement. In instances where a replacement is unavailable or the damage cannot be resolved, a full refund will be issued.

Refund Procedures

Because our transactions are handled via COD, we do not possess your banking information. If a refund is approved, we will reach out to you via email to request your bank details. Once provided, we initiate a bank transfer.

Please note that it typically takes 5 to 6 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your specific banking provider’s processing times. We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.

Change of Mind Policy

We encourage intentional purchasing. Due to the nature of our logistics and the COD system, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests based on a change of mind. We ask that you remain certain of your selection before finalizing your order.

Data Protection and PDPO Compliance

Nexacarry is committed to protecting your personal information. In alignment with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO) of Hong Kong, we collect and use your data solely for order fulfillment, delivery, and communication.

We do not share your details with third parties for marketing purposes. Your contact information is handled with high standards of confidentiality to ensure your privacy remains intact throughout your journey with us.
